Berchtesgaden National Park - Info Hintersee "Klausbachhaus"

Description

Ursprünglich war das Klausbachhaus das Wohnhaus des Laroslehens, eines Berchtesgadener Zwiehofs in der Unterau. Seine heutige Form erhielt es 1757, allerdings wurde es in der zweiten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts immer mehr dem Verfall preisgegeben: Nach der Schenkung des Gebäudes an den Nationalpark Berchtesgaden Jahr 1992 wurde die Translozierung des denkmalgeschützten Gebäude vorbereitet. Das Obergeschoss in Holzbauweise wurde Balken für Balken abgetragen, die Steinmauern im Erdgeschoss Stein für Stein. Jedes Teil wurde nummeriert und originalgetreu wurde das Haus an seinem neuen Standort wieder zusammengesetzt. 

Auf dem Gelände des Klausbachhauses erwarten Sie außerdem ein traditioneller Bauerngarten sowie ein „Sinnesgarten“ mit Barfuß-Parcours, Klangstationen und vielem Mehr. Die Infostelle ist Ausgangspunkt für viele Wandertouren in den Nationalpark; ebenso startet hier ein barrierefreier Rundweg.

  • There are four arked parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
  • The surface quality of the car park is not easy to walk and drive on.
  • The bus stop „Klausbachhaus“ is 50 m away.
  • The building is steplessly accessible via a ramp.
  • The ramp has a maximum gradient of 14 % and a total length of 1 m.
  • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 89 cm wide.
  • The exhibits on the ground floor are mainly visible from a seated position. The upper floor is only accessible via steps.
  • The information on the exhibits is predominately readable when seated.
  • There are no guided tours available for people with walking impairments and wheelchair users.

Public toilet for people with disabilities

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of the toilet at least 90 cm x 141 cm;
    in front of the washbasin at least 90 cm x 141 cm;
    left of the toilet 94 cm x 71 cm and
    right of the toilet 26 cm x 71 cm.
  • There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up..
  • The sink has limited access.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • An alarm trigger (cord) is available.
