All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

• A parking space for people with disabilities is available.
• The Girching/Künzing Rathaus bus stop is located 50 meters away. 
• Almost all rooms and facilities accessible to guests are step-free/at ground level or accessible via a ramp or elevator. 
• Exceptions: The 2nd floor is accessible only via stairs.
• There are no slopes steeper than 6%.
• All doors, passageways, and pathways accessible to guests are at least 88 cm wide.
• The information counter is 105 cm high. There is no alternative means of communication while seated.
• Exhibits and information are primarily visible while seated.
• Seating is available.
• A public restroom for people with disabilities is available, which is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). A fold-down grab bar is available on the accessible side of the restroom.
• Guided tours are offered for people with mobility impairments and wheelchair users. Advance registration is required.
