• There is no parking space for people with disabilities, but there is an alternative. After prior consultation, parking is available in the monastery courtyard.
• The Tiroler Straße bus stop is 300 meters away.
• All rooms and facilities accessible to guests are step-free/at ground level or accessible via a ramp or elevator. The chapter house is only accessible via two steps.
• There are no slopes greater than 6%.
• All doors/passages and paths accessible to guests are at least 90 cm wide.
• The ticket counter is 99 cm high.
• Most exhibits and information are visible while seated.
• Seating is available.
• There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which is accessible from both sides (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
