  • There are four parking spaces for people with disabilities.
  • Access to the jetty, ship and WC is step-free. Decks 2 and 3 (sun decks) are only accessible via stairs.
  • There is a gradient of 10% over 8 m at the jetty.
  • Access to the ship is possible via a ramp. The gradient depends on the water level.
  • Seating is available at the jetty.
  • There are wheelchair-compatible tables in the passenger area.
  • Doors and passages are at least 90 cm wide (exception: WC on board).
  • On-board WC: There is no public WC designed for people with disabilities on the ship (door width 64 cm).
  • There is a WC for people with disabilities next to the Bootshaus restaurant. 
  • The WC can be accessed from at least one side (80 cm). Grab rails can be flipped-up on both sides.

  • Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
  • All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • The signage is designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
