All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

• In the parking garage there are 4 parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
• The parking lot is 100 m away from the entrance.
• Entrances to the building are step-free (max. 2 cm threshold). 
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps or accessible by elevator.
• The elevator cabs are at least 110 cm x 140. Elevator doors are at least 90 cm wide.
• Passages and doors are at least 90 cm wide. 
• Cash registers are 91 or 95 cm high at the lowest point.

• There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
• Both grab rails can be flipped-up. 
• The sink is wheelchair compatible. 
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting. 
• An alarm trigger is available.

• There is no guidance system with soil indicators for indoor and outdoor use. In interior areas, the walls can only be used to a limited extent as orientation guidelines.

• An outgoing emergency call is confirmed acoustically in the lifts. The stop position is not confirmed acoustically in the elevators.

• The cash register display/price quotation at the cash register is easily recognisable (e.g. large or swivelling).
• There is no information available in Braille or prismatic lettering.
• The signage and information are available in easily legible lettering.
