• The (dining) table is wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:  
  in front of the washbasin and the toilet 200 cm x 130 cm;
  to the left of the toilet 39 cm x 60 cm; to the right of the toilet 200 cm x 60 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet. Both grab rails can be flipped-up.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
• The sleeperless shower is 125 cm x 125 cm. A grab rail and a shower seat are available.
