• There are two parking spaces available for people with disabilities.
• The Residenzplatz bus stop is 200 meters away. 
• All rooms and facilities accessible to guests are either step-free/at ground level or accessible via a ramp or elevator. 
• There are no slopes steeper than 6%.
• All doors, passageways, and pathways used by guests are at least 89 cm wide.
• There is a lowered reception counter.
• Exhibits and information are mostly visible while seated.
• Seating is available.
• There is a public restroom for people with disabilities that is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a fixed grab bar on the non-accessible side of the restroom.
• Guided tours are offered for people with mobility impairments and wheelchair users. Advance registration is required.
• Mobile or fixed seating is available for people with mobility impairments to use during the tour.

• The entrance area is designed with high visual contrast.
• The signage (for wayfinding) is designed with easily readable, high-contrast lettering.
• All elevated areas accessible to guests are illuminated with bright, glare-free lighting.
• An emergency call made from the elevator is confirmed by an audible signal.
• Steps do not have high-contrast edges.
• Staircases have at least a one-sided handrail.
• Information about the exhibits is presented with high visual contrast.
• Seating is available.
• Information is not available in raised lettering or Braille.
• Guided tours for people with visual impairments and blind people are not offered.

• In the event of an audible alarm, there is no additional visual flashing or strobe signal. In the event of an alarm, staff will ensure that all visitors leave the rooms.
• There is no audio induction loop system available. 
• An emergency call made from the elevator is confirmed only by an audible signal. Stairs are available as an alternative. 
• Information about the exhibits is provided in writing or through photorealistic displays.
• Seating is available.
• Guided tours for people with hearing impairments and deaf people (in German Sign Language) are not offered.
