All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and for wheelchair users".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator. 
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests are at least 88 cm wide.
• There are barrier-free single rooms with a connecting door to another room. 
• The WC in rooms 301 and 401 (single rooms) can be accessed from one side (at least 90 cm). There is a folding grab rail at least on the accessible side of the toilet. 
• The washbasin is wheelchair accessible and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• There are tables in the dining room that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
• There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from both sides (at least 90 cm). There are folding grab rails on both sides of the toilet.  
• A wellness area is available. This was evaluated but not included in the assessment.

• Assistance dogs are welcome.
• At least one double room is available.
• The signage (for orientation) is designed in easily legible and high-contrast lettering.
• There are no obstacles. 
• All areas are brightly lit and glare-free.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically. The stopping position is announced by voice.
• Signage in the elevator is also available in Braille. Exceptions are the elevators in the Congress Center.
• Stairs have a handrail on both sides.
• The font on the menu is not unadorned and is visually rich in contrast.
