All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

• There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator. 
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide.
• The ticket counter is 78 cm high. The checkroom is 90 cm high. 
• There are designated wheelchair spaces.
• There are wheelchair compatible tables in Café Mozart (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm). 
• There are three public WCs for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from both sides (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the WC.
• Guided tours of the theater are offered, but only for groups. On request, many things are made possible for groups with people with disabilities.

• The signage (for orientation) is designed in easy-to-read, high-contrast lettering.
• All areas are brightly lit and glare-free.
