  • There is a bus stop (bus stop "Main Station") of local transport in 40 m.
  • In front of the hotel there is a parking bay for loading and unloading the vehicle. 
  • The hotel is accessible without steps through the side entrance via ramp.
  • The ramp is at least 250 cm wide and has a maximum longitudinal slope of 13%.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps or are accessible via an elevator. Door thresholds are a maximum of 5 cm high. 
  • Elevator cabs are at least 105 cm x 175. Elevator doors are at least 72 cm wide.
  • Doors are at least 70 cm wide. Exceptions: Sauna door (70 cm) and changing rooms in the wellness area (57 cm).
  • The reception counter is 120 cm high at its lowest point. 
  • There are wheelchair accessible tables (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm). 
  • There is a total of one barrier-free designed room in the facility.

  • The manoeuvring spaces are as follows:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 147 cm x 200 cm;
    to the left of the bed 110 cm x 200 cm;
    to the right of the bed 135 cm x 200 cm.
  • The bed is 50 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:  
    in front of the sink 200 cm x 140 cm;
    in front of the toilet 200 cm x 140 cm;
    to the left of the toilet 20 cm x 60 cm;
    to the right of the toilet 77 cm x 60 cm.
  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
  • There is a grab rails on the left side of the toilet. 
  • There is a grab rails on the right side of the toilet.
  • The right grab rail is flipped-up. 
  • The washbasin is accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.
  • The shower is accessible without steps. There is a threshold of 4 cm. 
  • The shower area is 92 cm x 86 cm.
  • Grab rails are available in the shower.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (permanently installed, foldable, hook-in or mobile and stable).

Toilet for people with disabilities (ground floor)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of the washbasin 175 cm x 275 cm;
    in front of the toilet 276 cm x 135 cm;
    to the left of the toilet 70 cm x 70 cm;
    to the right of the toilet 90 cm x 70 cm.
  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
  • Both grab rails are flipped-up. 
  • The washbasin is accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

  • Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/offer.
  • The entrance area is identifiable by a tactilely perceptible change of flooring.
  • There are glass doors that do not have safety markings at a height of 40-70 cm and 120-160 cm.
  • There are no floor indicators present.
  • The raised and usable areas for the guest (entrance area, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are predominantly not well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system.

  • Deafgard (fire alarm for the deaf and hard of hearing) is available on demand and can be carried with be carried.

  • There are tables where there are no lamps or hanging lamps that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
  • There are tables with low ambient noise.
  • There is at least one freely available power outlet near the bed.
  • WiFi is offered.
