All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• There is one unmarked parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
• The path from the car park to the entrance is 10 m long. It is easy to walk and drive on.
• The building is steplessly accessible via the main entrance.
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible at ground level or via a ramp and an elevator.
• The ramp to the beer garden has a maximum gradient of 18 % and a total length of 96 m.
• The elevator cabin measures 105 cm x 130 cm. The elevator door is 89 cm wide.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 80 cm wide.
• Exception: the bathroom door in room 408 is 70 cm wide.
• The reception desk is 110 cm high at its lowest point. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while in a sitting position.
• Outdoor paths are at least 122 m wide and in most cases easy to walk on and drive on.
• There is seating available.
• There are no aids for entering the swimming pool.
• There are wheelchair accessible tables in the restaurants (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

Room 406 (double bedroom, 3rd upper floor)

• The maneuvering spaces are:
  • in front of essential immobile furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 150 cm x 150 cm;
  • left of the bed 110 cm x 300 cm; right of the bed 150 cm x 300 cm.
• The bed is 52 cm high. A nursing bed cannot be provided.
• The maneuvering spaces in the bathroom are:
  • in front of/behind the door and in front of the toilet 118 cm x 150 cm;
  • in front of the washbasin 130 cm x 150 cm;
  • right of the toilet 123 cm x 54 cm, no maneuvering space on the left.
• There are handles which can be folded up on the right and left of the toilet.
• The washbasin is wheelchair accessible.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• The shower is accessible without thresholds.
• The maneuvering space in the shower is 120 cm x 110 cm.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
• There are grab handles in the shower.
• An alarm trigger is present.

Room 408 (double bedroom, 3rd upper floor)

• The maneuvering spaces are:
  • in front of essential immobile furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 200 cm x 105 cm;
  • left of the bed 180 cm x 270 cm; right of the bed 51 cm x 270 cm.
• The bed is 51 cm high. A nursing bed cannot be provided.
• The bathroom is not designed for people with disabilities (very small maneuvering spaces, no grab handles, etc.).

Public toilet for people with disabilities (basement)

• The door is 83 cm wide.
• The maneuvering spaces are:
  • in front of/behind the door 90 cm x 160 cm;
  • in front of the toilet and in front of the washbasin 97 cm x 105 cm;
  • right of the toilet 90 cm x 71 cm, no maneuvering space on the right.
• There are handles on the right and left of the toilet. The handle on the right of the toilet can be folded up.
• The washbasin is wheelchair accessible.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• An alarm trigger is present.

• Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
• Outdoor paths do not have visually contrasting or tactilely detectable sidewalk boundaries.
• The entrance is not visually rich in contrast, but recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
• The evaluated areas that can be used by the guest are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• There are no visually contrasting or tactilely detectable floor indicators.
• The signage is designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
• There are glass doors without safety markings.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly.
• The stopping position is not announced by spoken commands.
• The operating controls are visually rich in contrast but not tactilely detectable.
• Alternatively stairs are available.
• At least at the first and last step, stairs have visually contrasting edges.
• Stairs have at least a handrail on one side.
• The edge of the outdoor pool is visually contrasted.
• The menu font in the restaurant is straightforward and visually rich in contrast.
• There is no menu in large print or Braille.
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.
• Aids offered: reading aids (reading glasses, magnifying glasses, etc.).

• There is no clearly visible alarm.
• There is no audio induction loop.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly.
• In the restaurant and in the wine tavern there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the field of vision or eye contact.
• There is a seating area with low background noises (e.g. seating corner, separate room).
• There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
• The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be perceived in all rooms.
• WiFi is offered.
