All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

• There is a parking space available for people with disabilities. 
• The Geiselwind - Drei-Franken-Schule bus stop is located 500 meters away. 
• All guest-accessible rooms and facilities are either step-free/at ground level or accessible via an elevator.
• All doors, passageways, and pathways accessible to guests are at least 80 cm wide.
• The reception desk is 110 cm high. An alternative, equivalent means of communication while seated is available. 
• Two accessible rooms are available. A nursing bed is available upon request.
• The toilet in the room is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). There are no grab bars.  
• The sink is wheelchair compatible, and the mirror is visible while seated.
• Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab bar and a shower chair are available.
• The bistro, restaurant, and conservatory feature tables that are no more than 80 cm high and are wheelchair-accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm. 
• There is a public restroom for people with disabilities that is accessible from both sides (at least 80 cm). There are fold-down grab bars to the left and right of the toilet.

• The entrance area is designed with high visual contrast.
• Signage (for wayfinding) is designed with easy-to-read, high-contrast lettering.
• All elevated areas accessible to guests are brightly lit without glare.
• An emergency call made in the elevator is confirmed with an audible signal.
• Steps do not have high-contrast edges.
• Staircases have handrails on both sides.
• The font on the menu is simple and designed with high visual contrast.
• Information is not available in Braille or raised lettering.

• In the event of an audible alarm, there is no additional visual flashing signal.
• There is no audio induction loop system available. 
• Wi-Fi is available.
• In the rooms surveyed, there is at least one freely accessible electrical outlet near the bed. 
• An emergency call made in the elevator is confirmed only by an audible signal. Stairs are available as an alternative. 
• The bistro features tables with bright, glare-free lighting, with no lamps standing or hanging above them that obstruct the field of vision or eye contact.
