Enjoy the magnificent view of the Alps and the royal castles. The country house is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village, not far from the Forggensee.

Swimming, sailing, fishing, surfing or exploring the Forggensee by boat, everything starts right at the front door. The exclusively equipped 5-star vacation apartments for 2-4 people are generously designed and promise a pure feel-good experience. In the house you have a sauna, an infrared cabin, a fitness room and a very nice relaxation room as an oasis of peace.

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

  • The nearest bus stop is about 120 m away (very limited travel times). 
  • There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities (space size 350 cm x 500 cm).
  • The parking space is 10 m from the entrance.
  • Access to the building is step-free via a 5 m ramp with a 4 % incline (door threshold: 2.5 cm).
  • All rooms that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible at ground level, by ramp or lift.
  • In the Landhaus am See, the basement, holiday flats 1 - 3 (1st floor) and 4-6 (2nd floor) are accessible by lift. Depending on the flat, there are one or two bedrooms, a living and kitchen area, a balcony, a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The wellness area with sauna and fitness room is located in the basement.
  • The size of the lift car is 112 cm x 140 cm. The lift door is 90 cm wide. The controls are not arranged on a horizontal control panel.
  • All doors are at least 80 cm wide (exceptions: in the separate WCs 70 cm, to the sauna with 66 cm door width).

Flat 1 (1st floor)

Bedroom (double bed room)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are as follows
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 85 cm x 130 cm;
    to the left of the bed 70 cm x 205 cm;

  • The height of the mattress is 57 cm.

Bathroom

  • Assistance dogs are not allowed.
  • The main entrance and the apartment entrances are visually rich in contrast and can be recognized by a tactile change of floor covering.
  • There are no carousel or rotary doors.
  • In the elevator, the stopping position is not announced by speech. Signs are not available in Braille. The operating elements are tactile and visually high in contrast. An outgoing emergency call is confirmed acoustically.
  • Stairs have handrails, but no high-contrast step surfaces.
  • All evaluated areas usable by the guest are well illuminated almost everywhere, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • Operating elements and paths can be detected tactilely almost everywhere and are predominantly visually rich in contrast or the walls can be used as orientation guideline.
  • Signs are designed in easily legible font, but not in Braille.
  • There are no obstacles, e.g. objects protruding into the path/room.
  • There are no high-contrast or tactile floor indicators.
  • Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.
