Country House at the Lake

All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• A parking space is available for the vacation home.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by the guest are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp or elevator. 
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used by the guest are at least 70 cm wide. With the exception of the door to the sauna, which is 66 cm wide.
• In the Landhaus am See, the basement, apartments 1 - 3 (1st floor) and 4-6 (2nd floor) are accessible by elevator. Depending on the apartment, there are one or two bedrooms, a living and kitchen area, a balcony, a separate WC and a bathroom with shower and WC. The wellness area with sauna and fitness room is located in the basement.
• There are six barrier-free rooms.
• The work surface in the kitchen, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.  
• The dining table/desk is designed to be wheelchair compatible with a maximum height of 80 cm. 
• The WC in apartment no. 3 can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). All other WCs cannot be accessed from the side.
• There are no grab rails on the toilets or in the showers.  
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror is visible when standing or sitting.
• Access to the shower is barrier-free. A shower chair is available.

• Assistance dogs are not permitted.
• The signage (for orientation) is designed in clearly legible and high-contrast lettering.
• All areas are brightly lit and glare-free.
• There are six barrier-free rooms.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically.
• Stairs have a handrail on at least one side.
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.

• There is a freely available socket near the bed.
