All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report. 

• Parking is available.
• All guest-accessible areas and facilities are either step-free/at ground level or accessible via elevator. 
• All guest-accessible doors, passageways, and walkways are at least 80 cm wide.
• The reception desk is 115 cm high. An alternative, equivalent means of communication while seated is available.
• There are three accessible rooms.
• The in-room toilet is not wheelchair-accessible from the side. There are no grab bars.
• Access to the shower is threshold-free. A shower chair is available.
• The breakfast room has tables that are no more than 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
• There are no wheelchair compatible tables in the restaurant.
• A wellness area is available. This was surveyed but not included in the evaluation.
• There is a ladder with a handrail for entering the swimming pool.  
• A public restroom for people with disabilities is available, which is accessible from at least one side (at least 80 cm). A fold-down grab bar is available on the accessible side of the restroom.

• Assistance dogs are welcome.
• The entrance area is designed with high visual contrast.
• Signage (for wayfinding) is designed with easily readable, high-contrast lettering.
• All elevated areas accessible to guests are illuminated with bright, glare-free lighting.
• An emergency call made from the elevator is confirmed by an audible signal.
• Stairs have edges with high visual contrast on at least the first and last steps.
• Stairs have a handrail on one side.
• The font on the menu is simple and designed with high visual contrast.
• Information is not available in raised print or Braille.

• There is no clearly visible alarm.
• There is no audio induction loop system.
• In the guest rooms there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
• There is a seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).

• The name of the guest house is clearly recognizable from the outside.
• The objectives of the paths are always within sight or signs in visible distance are available.
• There is no information available in easy language.
• There is no menu with pictures available and the dishes are not visibly presented (buffet, bar).
• Information for orientation is partly with pictorial symbols (pictograms, photorealistic representation).
