The Bad Aibling spa and tourist information center is located in the Haus des Gastes in the immediate vicinity of the spa gardens and the town center.

  • There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm). 
  • The path from the car park to the entrance is 74 m long. 
  • The Moorexpress bus stop is 15 metres away.
  • The entrance door opens automatically. 
  • The building is steplessly accessible.
  • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide. 
  • The counter with cash desk is 79 cm high. 
  • There are no guided tours available for people with walking impairments and wheelchair users. 

Public toilet for people with disabilities

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of the toilet and washbasin at least 112 cm x 134 cm;
    on the left of the toilet 34 cm x 70 cm, right 60 cm x 70 cm.
  • Handles are available on both sides, the right one can be folded up.
  • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting. 
  • An alarm trigger is available.

  • Assistance dogs are allowed.
  • Outdoor paths usually have no tactile and visually contrasting sidewalk boundaries.
  • The main entrance is visually rich in contrast.
  • In the entrance area there are glass doors with safety markings which open automatically. 
  • All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.  
  • There are no obstacles, e.g. objects protruding into the path/room.
  • The signage is not designed in clearly legible and contrasting font. 
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is not confirmed audibly. The break position is not announced by spoken commands. The operating controls are not visually rich in contrast, but tactilely detectable.
  • Alternatively stairs are available. 
  • At least at the first and last step, stairs have visually contrasting edges.
  • Stairs have at least a handrail on one side. 
  • Offered aids: reading aids (reading glasses, magnifying glasses, etc.) 
  • There are no guided tours available for people with visual impairments and blind people.
