The Kur- & GästeService Bad Füssing is your advice center for all questions concerning health/spa, accommodation, leisure and recreation.

The Kur- & GästeService is located in the center of Bad Füssing directly next to the town hall and the Catholic church. The handicapped accessible leisure park with bible garden, rose garden, pond and playground is directly adjacent. The modernly designed Kur- & GästeService has barrier-free entrances, some with automatic doors, as well as a accessible toilet. In addition, a handicapped accessible counter as well as magnifying glasses, reading glasses and cane holders are available to guests.

  • There are three marked parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm; distance to the side entrance road side approx. 52 m).
  • Alternatively, an underground car park with three marked parking spaces is available (parking space size: 345 cm x 500 cm, distance to entrance: 18 m). A 260 cm long ramp with 4 % longitudinal inclination and a running width of 120 cm without handrail is available at the exit of the underground car park.
  • The car park and outdoor paths are easy to walk and drive on due to their surface quality.
  • The main entrance can be reached without thresholds or steps. The identical entrance doors (vestibule) open automatically. Alternatively, two stepless side entrances (street side with 2 cm door threshold and via the town hall square) can be used during the opening hours of the spa and guest service.
  • The counters are 98 cm to 110 cm high. There is a possibility of communication while sitting.
  • All evaluated rooms that can be used by the guest are at ground level, accessible via elevator or ramp.
  • All passageways and doors are at least 90 cm wide.
  • The cab size of the elevator from the underground car park to the ground floor is 158 cm x 164 cm. Control elements are not arranged on a horizontal control panel (height of the control units: 120 cm to 129 cm).
  • Aids offered: counter brackets for walking aids
  • There are no guided tours offered for people with walking impairments and wheelchair users.

Public toilet for people with disabilities on the ground floor

  • The door to the toilet opens automatically to the outside (handle).
  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    • to the left of the toilet 99 cm x 70 cm, to the right 72 cm x 70 cm;
    • in front of the toilet 205 cm x 145 cm
    • in front of the washbasin and at the door at least 150 cm x 150 cm.
  • Handles that can be folded up are provided on both sides of the toilet.
  • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • An alarm trigger (cord) is present.

  • Assistance dogs are allowed.
  • Outdoor paths have a high-contrast or tactilely detectable path boundary.
  • The main entrance is visually rich in contrast and can be recognized by a tactile change of floor covering.
  • The main entrance is accessible without thresholds or steps. The two identical glass entrance doors (vestibule) open automatically. There are no safety markings.
  • There are no carousel or rotary doors.
  • An outgoing emergency call is confirmed audibly in the elevator (from the underground car park to the ground floor). The stopping position is not announced by speech. Operating elements are tactile, the signage is not available in Braille.
  • Staircases are not rich in contrast.
  • All evaluated areas that are available to the guest are bright and glare-free illuminated.
  • Operating elements can be detected tactilely almost everywhere and are visually rich in contrast.
  • Paths are visually rich in contrast almost everywhere and are marked with tactilely detectable markings. The walls can be used almost everywhere as an orientation aid.
  • Signs are available in easily legible font, but not in Braille or prismatic writing.
  • There are no obstacles, e.g. objects protruding into the path/room.
  • There are no visually contrasting or tactile ground indicators.
  • Aids offered: reading aids (reading glasses, magnifying glasses, etc.)
  • There are no guided tours offered for visually impaired and blind people.

  • There is no audio induction loop.
  • In the event of an acoustic alarm, a visibly perceptible flashing light or flashing signal appears only in the underground car park.
  • In the elevator, an outgoing emergency call is confirmed audibly, not visibly.

  • There are no guided tours offered for people with hearing impairment and deaf people.
