Description
The Rosenheim Culture and Congress Center is a true jewel in the city of Rosenheim and a popular destination for tourists from all over the world. The building is barrier-free and therefore accessible for visitors with limited mobility.
The culture and convention center offers a variety of events, including concerts, plays, readings and much more. The architecture of the building is impressive and provides a perfect backdrop for any type of event.
Special parking spaces and accessible restrooms are available for visitors with limited mobility. There are also numerous ramps and elevators inside the building to ensure easy access to all areas.

- There are three marked parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 390 cm x 510 cm).
- The path from the taxi stop to the entrances A and B is 100 m long. It is easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 5% over a distance of 50 m.
- The bus stop is 400 m away.
- The building is steplessly accessible.
- All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible at ground level or via an elevator.
- The ramp at the entrance via the underground car park has a maximum gradient of 10 % and a total length of 1.40 m.
- The elevator cabin measures 107 cm x 140 cm. The elevator door is 90 cm wide.
- All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide. Exception: door to the toilet for men in the foyer entrance A with 84 cm width.
- The cash desk (entrance A) is 116 cm high at its lowest point. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while in a sitting position.
- The wardrobe counter is 85 cm high.
Public toilet for people with disabilities at Rosenheim Hall, Entrance B (ground floor)
- The maneuvering spaces are:
in front of the washbasin 148 cm x 170 cm;
in front of the toilet 170 cm x 148 cm;
to the left of the toilet 98 cm x 67 cm;
to the right of the toilet 92 cm x 67 cm. - There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
- The washbasin has limited wheelchair acces.
- The mirror cannot be seen while sitting.
- There is no alarm trigger.
Public toilet for people with disabilities for ladies in foyer entrance A (ground floor)
- Doors are at least 88 cm wide.
- The maneuvering spaces are:
in front of the toilet 122 cm x 95 cm;
to the right of the toilet at least 91 cm x 71 cm,
there is no maneuvering space on the left. - Grab rails are provided to the left and right of the toilet. The grab rail to the right of the toilet can be flipped-up.
- The washbasin has limited wheelchair acces. The maneuvering spac in front of it is 200 cm x 200 cm.
- The mirror can be seen while sitting.
- An alarm is available.
Public toilet for people with disabilities for men in foyer entrance A (ground floor)
- Door are at least 84 cm wide.
- The maneuvering spaces are:
in front of the toilet 158 cm x 90 cm;
to the right of the toilet at least 90 cm x 71 cm,
there is no maneuvering space on the left. - Grab rails are provided to the left and right of the toilet. The grab rail to the right of the toilet can be flipped-up.
- The washbasin has limited wheelchair acces. The maneuvering spac in front of it is 200 cm x 200 cm.
- The mirror can be seen while sitting.
