  • There are five designated parking spaces for people with disabilities. 
  • The entrance/access to the building is step-free via a ramp. 
  • Access to all areas in the buildings is step-free with the help of elevators.

House 1: Public WC for people with disabilities near reception / dining room, ground floor:

  • The movement areas are: in front of the sink 151 cm x 154 cm; in front of the WC 154 cm x 151 cm; to the left of the WC 103 cm x 47 cm; to the right of the WC 77 cm x 47 cm.
  • There are folding grab bars to the left and right of the WC.
  • The washbasin is accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.
  • The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.

House 1: Bedroom "a" in room 401 a+b, ground floor:

  • The room is a double room.
  • The movement areas are in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 200 cm x 60 cm; to the left of the bed 77 cm x 200 cm; to the right of the bed 74 cm x 200 cm.
  • The bed is 56 cm high.

House 1: bedroom "b" in room 401 a+b, ground floor:

  • The room is a room type: shared room.
  • The movement areas are: in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 200 cm x 300 cm; to the left of the bed 0 cm x 0 cm; to the right of the bed 200 cm x 200 cm.
  • The bed is 56 cm high.

Bathroom
