All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".
Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.
- There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities in the public parking lot 100 meters away. The parking lot is not easy to walk and drive on.
- The path from the car park to the entrance is not easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 3,4 % over a distance of 30 m.
- The building is accessible without steps (treshold of 2 cm).
- All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level. The threshold to the terrace is 5 cm high.
- All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 75 cm wide.
- There are wheelchair accessible tables available (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
Public WC for people with disabilities - Ladies
- The manoeuvring spaces are:
in front of the WC 132 cm x 145 cm; in front of the washbasin 119 cm x 142 cm;
to the left of the WC 33 cm x 54 cm and to the right of the WC 119 cm x 54 cm. - There are fold-up grab rails to the left and right of the WC.
- The washbasin has limited access.
- There is no alarm trigger.
Public WC for people with disabilities - Men
- The manoeuvring spaces are:
in front of the WC 133 cm x 165 cm; in front of the washbasin 85 cm x 158 cm;
to the left of the WC 30 cm x 54 cm and to the right of the WC 70 cm x 54 cm. - There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. The grab rail to the right of the WC can be folded up.
- The washbasin has limited access.
- There is no alarm trigger.
People with visual impairments and blind people

- Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
- All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
- The signage is designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
- The menu font is straightforward and visually rich in contrast.
- Information is not available in Braille or prismatic font.
People with hearing impairments and deaf people

- There is no alarm.
- There are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
- There is no seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).
