• There are seven parking spaces for people with disabilities.
• The Kurplatz bus stop is 100 m away. 
• Access to the building is stepless. The ramp is 140 cm wide, 8 m long and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 7%.
• Almost all rooms and facilities that can be used by guests and are elevated are steplessly accessible (at ground level or via a ramp or platform stairlift). Door thresholds are max. 4.5 cm high.
• The gallery in the Kleiner Kursaal and the music pavilion at the Kleines Kurhaus are only accessible via stairs.
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 80 cm wide.
• The cash desk is 98 cm high. 
• Seating is available.
• There are tables in the restaurant that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
• There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails on the left and right.

• The signage (for orientation) is designed in easily legible and high-contrast lettering.
• All elevated areas that can be used by guests are brightly lit and glare-free.
