• There is a local public transport stop (name: ÖPNV Haltestelle: Kurplatz) 100 m away. 
• There are seven marked parking spaces / designated parking spaces for people with disabilities (space size: 270 cm wide x 490 cm).
• There is step-free access into the building. The ramp is 140 cm wide, 8 m long and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 7%.
• Almost all rooms and facilities that can be used by guests and are elevated are accessible without steps (at ground level or via ramp or platform stair lift). Door thresholds are max. 4.5 cm high. 
• The gallery in the Small Kursaal and the Music Pavilion at the Small Kurhaus are only accessible via stairs.
• The Small Kursaal is accessible via a 140 cm wide and 9 m long ramp with a maximum slope of 7%. 
• The ground floor of the Small Kursaal is accessible via ramps (left and right to the ground floor) with a slope of 16-17% or via a stair platform lift. The stair platform lift is 86 cm x 104 cm.
• Passages and doors are at least 90 cm wide (exception: door from staircase to foyer with 80 cm width).

• The cash desk is 98 cm high at its lowest point. 
• In the restaurant there are wheelchair accessible tables (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm).

• The manoeuvring areas are:
  in front of the washbasin 210 cm x 260 cm;
  in front of the toilet 260 cm x 210 cm;
  to the left of the toilet 52 cm x 64 cm;
  to the right of the toilet 190 cm x 64 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
• Both grab rails are flipped-up.
• The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.
• The mirror is visible while sitting and standing.
• There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

• Assistance dogs are not allowed.
• The main entrance is visually rich in contrast and can be recognized by a tactile change of floor covering. The two glass entrance doors (vestibule) open automatically.
• Glass doors are usually marked with safety markings. There are no carousel or rotary doors.
• Operating elements are predominantly tactilely detectable and visually contrasting.
• Paths are almost everywhere visually contrasting and predominantly marked with tactile markings or the walls can be used as orientation.
• The evaluated areas available to the guests are illuminated brightly and glare-free.
• The signage is in clearly legible, high-contrast font.
• There are no obstacles, e.g. objects protruding into the path/room.
• Path boundaries are usually tactilely detectable and visually rich in contrast, there are no ground indicators.

• There is no visually perceptible alarm in the building.
• An audio induction loop is available in the small concert hall.
• In the restaurant there are bright and glare-free tables at which there are no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the field of vision. Seating areas with low background noises are available.
