- There is a parking lot people with disabilities. This is not marked.
- There is a stop (name: ÖPNV stop: Wöhrdstrasse) of local transport in 80 m. All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps. Door thresholds are max. 10 cm high.
- Doors are at least 55 cm wide.
- Floors are accessible only by steps (rooms).
- Passages in rooms (dining room, bedroom, cash desk, exhibition room, etc.) are at least 90 cm wide.
- The entrance/access to the building is step-free.
- The counter/cash register is 103 cm high at the lowest point. There is another, equivalent communication option available while seated.
- There are sufficient tables that can be driven under.
- The play area is also accessible by wheelchair (flooring asphalt, rubber, single-joint slabs, etc.).
Room 123 with floor shower for people with disabilities, 1st floor:
- The room is a 'oom type: shared room.
- The movement areas are: in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 300 cm x 220 cm; to the left of the bed 200 cm x 150 cm; to the right of the bed 0 cm x 0 cm.
- The bed is 47 cm high.
- Bathroom
- The movement areas in the bathroom are: in front of the sink 165 cm x 230 cm; in front of the WC 1 71 cm x 240 cm;to the left of the WC 65 cm x 53 cm; to the right of the WC 73 cm x 53 cm.
WC / washbasin
- There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the WC.
- The washbasin is accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.
- The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
Shower
- The shower is accessible without steps.
- The shower / shower area is 165 cm x 200 cm.
- There are grab bars in the shower.

- Assistance dogs may be brought along.
- The entrance area is visually contrasting to the surroundings and is recognizable by a tactilely perceptible change of flooring.
- The path from the entrance to the reception is visually contrasting and tactilely separated by a carpet.
- Information is provided in legible lettering.
- Rooms and corridors are brightly lit and glare-free.
- There are no obstacles, e.g. objects protruding into the path/room.
- Glass doors are partially marked with safety markings.
- The stairs to the 1st and 2nd floors have handrails on both sides. There is a visual or tactile contrast on stairs.
- Controls are tactilely detectable throughout the facility and are predominantly visually contrasting.
- Walkways of corridors and interior paths are partially visually contrasting. Walls can be used in part as orientation guides.
- In the case of exterior paths, the sidewalk borders are designed in a visually contrasting manner in isolated cases and can be detected tactilely in some cases.
- Color guidance system.

- There is no optically perceivable alarm in the building.
- There is no audio induction loop.
- In the dining room there are bright and glare-free tables with no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the visual field. There are seating areas with low background noises.
- In the evaluated rooms, at least one electrical outlet is available near the bed.
- W-Lan available.

- Name and logo of the establishment are clearly recognizable from the outside.
- Business cards/brochures with the address and telephone number of the host are visibly displayed at the reception desk.
- The bedroom and the room key as well as the route to the bedroom are marked with the same pictorial symbol.
- Information is partly available in photorealistic representation.
- There is no information in easy language.
- The destinations of the routes are usually within sight.
- There is no menu with pictures. In the dining room the dishes are presented visibly.
