Discover the charm of the Inselhalle-Lindau: a venue with a breathtaking lake location and modern technology - perfect for conferences, concerts and events of all kinds.
This charming venue is located on the picturesque island of Lindau. In addition to its idyllic location, the Inselhalle offers special amenities for people with disabilities. The event areas are fully accessible and have a passenger lift with acoustic announcement. The main entrance is accessible via a lift or ramp. In addition, the hall is equipped with special pathways for the blind and visually impaired as well as toilets suitable for the disabled. In front of the Inselhalle, the Therese-von-Bayern-Platz is equipped with guide plates to enable visually impaired people to find their way safely. In order to make the event as pleasant as possible for our guests with impairments, hearing-impaired loops are partially installed in the rooms. In addition, depending on the event, seating is marked for visually, hearing and walking impaired visitors. Parking spaces for the disabled are available in the multi-storey car park opposite.

- There are ten parking spaces for people with disabilities. One parking space is at least 350 cm wide and 500 cm long.

- Both grab rails can be flipped-up.
- The sink is wheelchair compatible.
- The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
- There is a cord as an alarm trigger.
Toilet for people with disabilities - men (basement)
- The manoeuvring spaces are:
in front of the sink 172 cm x 166 cm;
in front of the toilet 166 cm x 172 cm;
to the left of the toilet 96 cm x 69 cm;
to the right of the toilet 100 cm x 69 cm. - There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
- Both grab rails can be flipped-up.
- The sink is wheelchair compatible.

- There is a unisex toilet available.

- Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/offerings.
- The entrance area is recognisable by a tactilely perceptible change of flooring and visually contrasting with the surroundings.
- There are glass doors with no safety markings at a height of 40-70 cm and 120-160 cm.
- An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system. The operating elements in the lift are designed to be visually contrasting and tactilely detectable. The stopping position is announced by voice.
