All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities". 

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report. 

• There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities. The size of the parking space is 290 cm x 500 cm, the distance to the entrance is 30 m.
• The path from the car park to the entrance is easy to walk and drive on due to the surface quality.
• The entrance to the Guest Information is via a path with a longitudinal inclination of 18 % to 1 m.
• The Guest Information is accessible via a threshold (height: 2 cm).
• All rooms that can be used by the guest are accessible at ground level. There are thresholds of up to 4 cm (public toilet for people with disabilities).
• The counter is 72 cm high.
• All evaluated doors are at least 90 cm wide.

Public toilet for people with disabilities

• The indoor path to the toilet has a maximum longitudinal inclination of 10 % per 1 m.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the sanitary room are:
  at the door 170 cm x 112 cm,
  in front of the toilet 166 cm x 97 cm,
  in front of the washbasin 151 cm x 121 cm,
  to the left of the toilet 30cm x 70 cm, to the right 100 cm x 70 cm.
• Handles that can be folded up are provided on both sides of the toilet.
• The washbasin is partially wheelchair accessible (accessible at a height of 67 cm, but less than 30 cm depth).
• The mirror cannot be seen while standing or sitting.

• Assistance dogs are allowed.
• The entrance is visually rich in contrast and can be recognized by a tactile change of the floor covering.
• Paths in corridors are visually contrasted to the surroundings everywhere. The walls or other structural elements can be used as orientation.
• Rooms and corridors are illuminated brightly and glare-free.
• Information/signs are visually rich in contrast and displayed in clearly legible font, but cannot be detected tactilely.
