All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• There is a parking lot for people with disabilities.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp or elevator. 
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 70 cm wide.
• The reception counter is 122 cm high. There is no other equivalent means of communication while seated. 
• There are two barrier-free rooms.
• The WC in the room can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the non-accessible side of the toilet.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror is visible when standing or sitting.
• Access to the shower is barrier-free. A shower chair is available.
• There are tables that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
• A fitness room, a sauna and various seminar rooms are available.
• A sauna wheelchair is not provided.
• There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the non-accessible side of the toilet.

• The signage (for orientation) is designed in easy-to-read, high-contrast lettering.
• All areas are brightly lit and glare-free. 
• There are two barrier-free rooms.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically.
• Stairs have a handrail on at least one side.
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.
