All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and for wheelchair users".

• There are three parking spaces for people with disabilities.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator. 
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests are at least 90 cm wide. Exception: the door to the “Kilian” conference room is only 81 cm wide. 
• There are two barrier-free rooms (rooms 115 and 117). 
• The WC in these rooms can be accessed from at least one side (at least 90 cm). 
• In bathroom 117, there are folding grab rails to the left and right of the WC. There is a grab rail for the WC in bathroom 115.
• The washbasin has limited access and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• Access to the shower is barrier-free. There is a shower chair and grab rails. 
• There are tables in the restaurants that are max. 80 cm high and can be driven under at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
• There is a public WC for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from both sides (at least 90 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.

• Assistance dogs are welcome.
• The signage (for orientation) is designed in easy-to-read, high-contrast lettering.
• All areas are brightly lit and glare-free.
• At least one double or multi-bed room is available.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically.
• The first and last steps of a staircase are fitted with horizontal and vertical contrasting edges. Stairs have handrails on both sides.
• The lettering on the menu is unadorned and visually rich in contrast.
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.
