Hotel & Weinrestaurant Steichele
Description
Traditional hotel and wine restaurant in the heart of the old town with Franconian and light cuisine. Cordiality and hospitality for over 120 years.
The Steichele is a piece of Nuremberg's original rock: the Steichele family and their dedicated staff have been welcoming their guests for five generations. The restaurant is known for its cozy atmosphere and authentic Franconian cuisine. Here you immediately feel at home and can embark on a culinary journey through the region.
The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. Especially the Schäufele is a highlight of the menu and also the wine bar leaves nothing to be desired: guests have the opportunity to taste and purchase exquisite wines from the Franconian region, excellent drops from South Tyrol, the State Wine Estate Rhineland-Palatinate as well as from own cultivation.
The guest rooms are particularly impressive: through the listed rooms and original wood carvings, the flair of bygone times becomes tangible.
