• There are no marked parking spaces for people with disabilities.
• The building is steplessly accessible.
• Almost all evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible at ground level or via elevator.
• Exception: the restaurants are only accessible via tresholds.
• The elevator cabin measures 82 cm x 122 cm. The elevator door is 67 cm wide.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 80 cm wide.
  Exceptions: The bathroom doors in rooms 104 and 207 are 56 cm wide.
• The reception desk is 112 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while in a sitting position.  
• There are wheelchair accessible tables available in the restaurants (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
• There is a public toilet available, which can be attained via a maximum of one step and has a door width of at least 70 cm.

Room 104

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 200 cm x 55 cm;
  left of the bed 64 cm x 200 cm; right of the bed 96 cm x 200 cm.
• The bathroom is not designed for people with disabilities (very small manoeuvring spaces, no grab rails, etc.).
• The shower is not steplessly variable (treshold of 14 cm).

• The entrance is visually rich in contrast.
• The signage is not designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. The break position is not announced by spoken commands.

• The menu font in the restaurant is straightforward and visually rich in contrast.
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic font.

• There is no audio induction loop system at the counter.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly.
• In the restaurant/breakfast room there are 20 tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
• There are seating areas with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).
• There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
• W-LAN is offered.
