  • The tram station "Kammerspiele" is approx. 100 m, the S-/U-Bahn station "Marienplatz" approx. 500 m from the hotel. 
  • There is a parking space for people with disabilities in the multi-storey car park (space size: 230 cm x 730 cm). 
  • The parking space is 15 m from the entrance.
  • The entrance is possible without steps via a mobile ramp which is set up by the service staff (longitudinal gradient: 23 % , length: 150 cm, walking width: 80 cm). The service staff will assist you in negotiating the ramp.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for guests are accessible without steps via mobile feeder ramps, ramps and lifts. 
  • The mobile ramp created by the service staff has a longitudinal incline of 29%, a length of 3 m and a walking width of 120 cm. The service staff will assist with negotiating the ramp and the rest of the route to the lifts/meeting rooms and the public WC.
  • The lift cars are at least 107 cm x 134. The lift doors are at least 90 cm wide.
  • Passages and doors are at least 70 cm wide, in the spa and sauna area passages and doors are at least 66 cm wide.
  • The counter/cash register is 111 cm high at the lowest point. There is another, equivalent means of communication while seated.
  • There are wheelchair accessible tables in the catering area.

  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 97 cm;
    in front of the toilet 180 cm x 97 cm;
    to the left of the toilet 29 cm x 58 cm;

  • The accessibility of the washbasin is limited by panelling, cupboards or similar.

Room no. 430 - Junior Suite (4th floor, double room).

  • The door is at least 79 cm wide.
  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 113 cm x 114 cm;
    to the left of the bed 71 cm x 200 cm;
    to the right of the bed 101 cm x 200 cm.
  • The bed is 60 cm high.
  • The movement areas in the bathroom are:
    in front of the washbasin 134 cm x 139 cm;
    in front of the toilet 200 cm x 68 cm;
    to the left of the toilet 29 cm x 70 cm;
    to the right of the toilet 156 cm x 70 cm.
  • There are no grab rails.
  • The ability of the washbasin to be moved underneath is restricted by panelling, cupboards or similar.
  • The mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
  • The shower is accessible without steps. 
  • The shower area is 98 cm x 195 cm.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (fixed, folding, hook-in or mobile and stable).

Public toilet (intermediate level)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 131 cm;
    in front of the toilet 131 cm x 200 cm;
    to the left of the toilet 50 cm x 70 cm;
    to the right of the toilet 42 cm x 70 cm.
  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
  • The right handhold can be folded up. 
  • The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.
  • The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
  • There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

  • Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/offerings.  
  • The entrance area is recognisable by a tactilely perceptible change of flooring and visually contrasting with the surroundings.  
  • There are glass doors with no safety markings at a height of 40-70 cm and 120-160 cm.
  • There are no floor indicators.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system.
  • There are stairs that do not have a handrail and are not designed with high contrast. 
  • The operating elements (e.g. door handles, light switches, emergency call buttons) are tactilely detectable throughout the building/object and are predominantly visually high-contrast.
  • All raised areas that can be used by guests (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • The signage is designed in easily legible lettering.

  • There is at least one freely available socket near the bed in rooms 274 and 430.
  • Ringing or knocking at the room door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be perceived in all rooms.
