• Parking is available.
• The Nuremberg Central Station, which serves tram and bus stops, the subway, and local and long-distance trains, is within walking distance (approx. 200 m to the tram and bus stops, 400 m to the subway and train platform).
• The building is accessible only via five steps.
• Some of the doors, passageways, and pathways used and traversed by guests are less than 70 cm wide.
• The reception desk is 113 cm high. An alternative, equivalent means of communication while seated is available. OR
• There are ten rooms designed to be accessible.
• The toilet in the room cannot be approached from the side (minimum 80 cm). There are no grab bars.  
• Access to the shower is threshold-free. A shower chair is available.
• The dining room has tables that are a maximum of 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
• There is no public restroom for people with disabilities.

• The entrance area is designed with high visual contrast.
• Signage (for wayfinding) is designed with easy-to-read, high-contrast lettering.
• All elevated areas accessible to guests are illuminated with bright, glare-free lighting.
• An emergency call made from the elevator is confirmed by an audible signal.
• Steps do not have high-contrast edges.
• Staircases have a handrail on one side.
• Information is not available in raised lettering or Braille.

• In the event of an audible alarm, there is no additional visual flashing or strobe signal.
• There is no audio induction loop system. 
• Wi-Fi is available.
• In the rooms surveyed, there is at least one freely accessible electrical outlet near the bed. 
• An emergency call made from the elevator is confirmed only by an audible signal. Stairs are available as an alternative.
• The dining room features tables with bright, glare-free lighting, with no lamps standing on or hanging above them that obstruct the field of vision or eye contact.
• The Metacom app is available for people who are deaf.
