All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

• A parking space for people with disabilities is available.
• All guest-accessible areas and facilities are either step-free/at ground level or accessible via a ramp.
• There are no slopes steeper than 6%.
• All guest-accessible doors, passageways, and pathways are at least 80 cm wide.
• The main entrance to the inn is accessible via three steps without a handrail; alternatively, a 4-meter-long ramp with a 9% gradient is available. The usable width is 102 cm. The height of the door threshold is 3 cm. Inside the entrance area, there is a double-leaf swing door serving as a vestibule.
• Alternatively, two additional entrances are available: the side entrance to the beer garden, accessible without steps (door threshold 2.5 cm); and the entrance at the beverage market, accessible without steps or thresholds (door opens automatically).
• The main entrance to Haus Lilie is accessible via a 12 cm high step (door threshold 1.5 cm). Alternatively, a 5-meter-long, mobile ramp with a 15% gradient is available. The side entrance from the courtyard is accessible only via stairs.
• Access to the beer garden is via a 6-meter-long ramp with a 7% gradient.
• The reception desk is 95 cm high.
• There are two accessible rooms available.
• The toilet in the room is partially wheelchair-accessible from one side (at least 60 cm). A fold-down grab bar is available on the accessible side of the toilet.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible, and the mirror is visible even when seated.
• Access to the shower is via a 1 cm high threshold. A grab bar and a shower chair are available.
• The restaurant features tables that are a maximum of 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
• There is a public restroom for people with disabilities that is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). A fold-down grab bar is available on the wheelchair compatible side of the toilet.

• Assistance dogs are not allowed.
• The entrance area is designed with high visual contrast.
• Signage (for wayfinding) is designed with clearly legible, high-contrast text.
• All raised areas accessible to guests are illuminated with bright, glare-free lighting.
• Steps do not have high-contrast edges.
• Staircases have a handrail on one side.
• The font on the menu is simple and designed with high visual contrast.
• Information is not available in Braille or raised lettering.

• In the case of an acoustic alarm, there is no visually perceptible flashing light or flashing signal.
• There is no audio induction loop.
• In the evaluated rooms there is at least one freely available outlet near the bed.
• The ringing at the room doors is not indicated by a flashing signal.
• WiFi is available for communication.
• There are tables with bright and glare-free lighting in the public room and in the hall, where there are no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the field of vision. There are seating areas with low background noises.
• Information is provided in written form.
