• There is a parking space for people with disabilities.
• The bus stop is 170 meters away.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are step-free/at ground level or accessible via a ramp or elevator.
• Almost all doors/passages that can be used by guests are at least 90 cm wide.
• Exceptions: doors in the sauna/wellness area measuring 68 cm to 78 cm, room door 144 measuring 82 cm and bathroom door measuring 73 cm, toilet door in room 144 measuring 69 cm, and doors to the public toilets measuring 57 cm to 67 cm in width.
• The reception desk is 109 cm high.
• One accessible room is available.
• The toilet in the room is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a foldable grab rail on the accessible side of the toilet.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible and the mirror is visible while standing or sitting.
• Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
• The restaurant and breakfast room have tables that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.

• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly.
• In the restaurant "Himmelsstube" and in the café "Wintergarten" there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the field of vision or eye contact.
• There is no seating area with low background noises (e.g. seating corner, separate room).
• There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
• The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be perceived in all rooms.
