All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users".

• There is one marked parking space for people with disabilities in the underground car park (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
• The path from the car park to the entrance is 9 m long and easy to walk and drive on.
• The bus stop is 170 m away.
• The building is steplessly accessible.
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible at ground level or via an elevator.
• The elevator cabin measures 159 cm x 141 cm. The elevator door is 88 cm wide.
• Almost all evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
• Exception: doors in the sauna/wellness area with 68 cm to 78 cm, room door 144 with 82 cm and bathroom door with 73 cm, toilet door in room 144 with 69 cm as well as doors to the public toilets with 57 cm to 67 cm width.
• The reception desk is 109 cm high at its lowest point. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while in a sitting position.
• There are wheelchair accessible tables in the restaurant "Himmelsstube" and in the café "Wintergarten" (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

Room 124 (double bedroom, 2nd upper floor)

• The maneuvering spaces are:
  • in front of essential immobile furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 180 cm x 300 cm;
  • left of the bed 134 cm x 185 cm;
  • right of the bed 250 cm x 150 cm
• The bed is 51 cm high.
• A nursing bed cannot be provided.
• The maneuvering spaces in the bathroom are:
  • in front of/behind the door and in front of the toilet at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
  • in front of the washbasin 230 cm x 118 cm;
  • right of the toilet 145 cm x 70 cm, no maneuvering space on the left.
• There are handles on the right and left of the toilet. The handle on the right of the toilet can be folded up.
• The washbasin is wheelchair accessible.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• The shower is accessible without thresholds.
• The maneuvering space in the shower is 148 cm x 123 cm.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
• There are grab handles in the shower.
• An alarm trigger is not present.

Room 144 (double bedroom, 4th upper floor)

• The maneuvering spaces are:
  • in front of essential immobile furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 150 cm x 150 cm;
  • left of the bed 145 cm x 155 cm;
  • right of the bed 74 cm x 162 cm.
• The bed is 51 cm high.
• A nursing bed cannot be provided.
• The bathroom is not designed for people with disabilities (very small maneuvering spaces, no grab handles, etc.).
• There is no public toilet, which can be accessed via a maximum of one step and has a door width of at least 70 cm.

Room 124 (double bedroom)

• There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
• The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be perceived in all rooms.

Room 144 (double bedroom)

• There is no electrical outlet available near the bed.
• The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be perceived in all rooms.
• WiFi is offered.
• There is no technical possibility for deaf people to communicate with the service staff.
