DIE GAMS is an apartment hotel that offers its guests the comfort of being pampered with breakfast and/or dinner in the hotel's own restaurant. At the same time, it also offers the pleasantly private atmosphere of a vacation apartment. The hotel is located in the middle of greenery, just a few minutes from the center of the village. Ideal starting point for many activities. The pool and sauna area invite you to relax. Massages and cosmetic treatments complete your wellness time.  The entrance area, access to the restaurant, wellness area, pool and the apartments are designed barrier-free. The Bad Hindelang Plus guest card is a free service of the hotel, with which you can use services from the areas of mountain railroads (in winter with ski pass), buses, pools and leisure activities.

  • The Bad Hindelang bus station is approx. 1.1 km away. 
  • There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities. 
  • This is/these are marked accordingly.
  • One parking space is at least 350 cm wide and 500 cm long.
  • The entrance/access to the building is step-free via a ramp). 
  • The ramp is at least 150 cm wide and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 6 %.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps via a lift. 
  • Doors are at least 55 cm wide. 
  • The lift car is 96 cm x 107 cm. The lift door is 79 cm wide.
  • The reception counter is 117 cm high at the lowest point. 
  • There are 40 accessible tables in the catering area (maximum height 80 cm, accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm). 
  • The (dining) table in the fixed flats is accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm.
  • There are no barrier-free rooms and bathrooms. 
  • There are flat steps with handrails to enter the pool.  
  • There is no public toilet for people with disabilities.

  • Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/offer.  
  • There are glass doors with no safety markings at a height of 40-70 cm and 120-160 cm.
  • The entrance area is recognisable by a tactilely perceptible change of flooring and visually contrasting with the surroundings.  
  • An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system. The stop position is not announced by voice.
  • The operating elements in the lift are visually contrasting and tactile.
  • There are no floor indicators. 
  • All raised areas that can be used by the guest (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • There is a menu. The menu is designed in a straightforward and contrasting font.
  • The signage for the orintation is designed in a legible font. There is good visual contrast between the font/pictogram and the background. 
  • There are flat steps with handrails to enter the pool.

  • There is no audio induction loop system at the reception/counter.
  • There is no visually clearly perceptible alarm (e.g. in case of fire alarm).
  • An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically but not visually, e.g. by an intercom system.
  • In the catering area, there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps or hanging lamps that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
  • There is at least one freely available power socket near the bed.
  • Ringing or knocking on the room door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be perceived in all rooms. 
  • There are flat steps with handrails to enter the pool.

  • Name or logo of the establishment/facility are clearly recognisable from the outside. 
  • The reception is not directly visible from the entrance door, nor is the route marked pictorially and without interruption. 
  • A business card with the address and telephone number of the hotel/holiday home is visibly displayed at the reception or in the bedroom.
  • There is no menu with pictures and the food is not visibly presented.
  • There is no information available in easy language.
