All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• There are two parking spaces available for people with disabilities.
• The Lorenzkirche subway station and the Haller Tor bus and tram stop are located 300 meters away. 
• All guest-accessible areas and facilities are either step-free/at ground level or accessible via an elevator.
• All doors, passageways, and pathways accessible to guests are at least 80 cm wide. The sauna area is excluded.
• The reception desk is 116 cm high. 
• One accessible room is available (Apartment 218).
• The toilet in the room is accessible from both sides (at least 80 cm). Fold-down grab bars are available to the left and right of the toilet.  
• The sink is wheelchair compatible, and the mirror is visible even when seated.
• Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab bar and a shower chair are provided.
• The dining table in the apartment is wheelchair compatible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair access at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
• The kitchen countertop, sink, and stove are not wheelchair compatible.
• The restaurant/breakfast room has tables that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
• A wellness area is available. This was surveyed but not included in the rating.
• There is a public restroom for people with disabilities that is accessible from both sides (at least 80 cm). There are fold-down grab bars on the left and right sides of the toilet.

• Assistance dogs are welcome.
• The entrance area is designed with high visual contrast.
• Signage (for wayfinding) is designed with easy-to-read, high-contrast lettering.
• All elevated areas accessible to guests are brightly lit without glare.
• An emergency call made in the elevator is confirmed with an audible signal.
• Steps do not have high-contrast edges.
• Stairs have handrails on both sides. 
• The font on the menu is simple and designed with high visual contrast.
• Information is not available in raised print or Braille.

• There is no audio induction loop. 
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. 
• Alternatively stairs are available. 
• In the restaurant and in the cafe there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
• There is a no seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room). 
• There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
• Free wifi is offered.
