- There are two parking spaces available for people with disabilities.
- The Lorenzkirche subway station and the Haller Tor bus and tram stop are located 300 meters away.
- All guest-accessible areas and facilities are either step-free/at ground level or accessible via an elevator.
- All doors, passageways, and pathways accessible to guests are at least 80 cm wide. The sauna area is excluded.
- The reception desk is 116 cm high.
- One accessible room is available (Apartment 218).
- The toilet in the room is accessible from both sides (at least 80 cm). Fold-down grab bars are available to the left and right of the toilet.
- The sink is wheelchair compatible, and the mirror is visible even when seated.
- Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab bar and a shower chair are provided.
- The dining table in the apartment is wheelchair compatible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair access at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

- The restaurant/breakfast room has tables that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.

- There is a public restroom for people with disabilities that is accessible from both sides (at least 80 cm). There are fold-down grab bars on the left and right sides of the toilet.
