All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• The train / bus station is about 400 m from the hotel. 
• There are two general parking spaces for people with disabilities (space size: 240 cm x 450 cm). 
• The parking space is 10 m from the entrance.
• Access into the building is step-free (max. 2 cm threshold). 
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps. Door thresholds are max. 2 cm high with the exception of the breakfast room (3 cm) and Bierstüberl (4 cm). 
• The lift car is 117 cm x 208 cm.
• The lift door is 98 cm wide.
• Passages and doors are at least 86 cm wide. 
• The reception counter is 117 cm high at its lowest point. 
• There are no tables in the catering area that can be moved underneath (maximum height 80 cm, can be moved underneath at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm). 

Room no. 026 (ground floor)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 152 cm x 186 cm;
  to the left of the bed 60 cm x 179 cm;
  to the right of the bed 175 cm x 179 cm.
• The bed is 62 cm high.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:  
  in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 185 cm;
  in front of the toilet 200 cm x 155 cm;
  to the left of the toilet 185 cm x 69 cm;
  to the right of the toilet 68 cm x 69 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
• Both grab rails can be flipped-up. 
• The sink is wheelchair compatible. It is 67 cm high and at least 30 cm deep.
• The shower is accessible without steps. . 
• The shower area is 150 cm x 150 cm.
• Grab rails are available in the shower.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (fixed, folding, hook-in or mobile and stable).
• There is an alarm trigger available.

Room no. 126 (1st floor)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 152 cm x 186 cm;
  to the left of the bed 60 cm x 179 cm;
  to the right of the bed 175 cm x 179 cm.
• The bed is 62 cm high.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:  
  in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 184 cm;
  in front of the toilet 200 cm x 155 cm;
  to the left of the toilet 184 cm x 54 cm;
  to the right of the toilet 66 cm x 54 cm.
• The washbasin is not accessible from underneath.
• The shower is accessible without steps. 
• The shower area is 150 cm x 120 cm.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (fixed, folding, hook-in or mobile and stable).

Public toilet (ground floor)

• The door is at least 91 cm wide.
• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the washbasin 154 cm x 166 cm;
  in front of the toilet 200 cm x 166 cm;
  to the left of the toilet 110 cm x 69 cm;
  to the right of the toilet 109 cm x 69 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
• Both grab rails can be fliepped-up. 
• The sink is wheelchair compatible. It is 67 cm high and at least 30 cm deep.
• The mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.

• Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the facility/offerings. 
• The entrance area is recognisable by a tactilely perceptible change of flooring and visually contrasting with the surroundings. 
• There are glass doors with no safety markings at a height of 40-70 cm and 120-160 cm. 
• The stairs have a handrail on one side. The steps are not visually contrasting.
• An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system. The stopping position is announced by voice.
• The operating elements in the lift are designed to be visually contrasting and tactilely detectable'.
• All raised areas that can be used by the guest (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• There are no floor indicators indoors or outdoors.
• There is a menu. The menu is designed in unadorned and high-contrast type.
• The signage for orientation is designed in legible type, but not high-contrast.

• There is no audio induction loop system.  
• An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system'.
• There is at least one freely available power socket near the bed.
• There are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, where there are no lamps standing or hanging that disturb the field of vision or eye contact.
• W-LAN is offered.

• The reception counter is directly visible from the entrance door.
• A business card with the address and telephone number of the hotel/holiday flat is visibly displayed at the reception or in the bedroom.
• There is no menu with pictures and the food is not visibly presented.
• There is no information available in easy language.
