All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• There are three marked parking spaces for people with disabilities at the main building and one parking space at the annex.
• The buildings are steplessly accessible.
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level or via elevators.
• The elevator cabins are 106 cm x 140 cm in size. The elevator doors are at least 90 cm wide. There is a 4 cm threshold in front of the elevator in the adjacent building.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 83 cm wide. There are exceptions in the wellness area (sauna door e.g. 58 cm wide).
• The reception desk is 110 cm high. There is an equivalent communication option when seated.
• There are sufficient wheelchair-compatible tables in the breakfast room and other catering areas (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

Public WC for people with disabilities (main building, basement)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  150 cm x 180 cm in front of the washbasin;
  at the door to the WC 97 cm x 160 cm; in front of the WC 153 cm x 220 cm;
  to the left of the WC 37 cm x 70 cm; to the right of the WC 80 cm x 60 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. The grab rail on the right can be folded up.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible. The mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
• There is no alarm trigger.

Room 102 (main building, 1st floor, double room)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 130 cm x 118 cm;
  to the left of the bed 200 cm x 200 cm; to the right of the bed 75 cm x 200 cm.
• The bed is 55 cm high.
• The threshold to the balcony is 4.5 cm high.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the washbasin and WC 139 cm x 147 cm;
  to the left of the WC 140 cm x 71 cm; to the right of the WC 18 cm x 58 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. The left grab rail can be folded up.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible. The mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
• The threshold-free shower measures 110 cm x 140 cm. Grab rails and a shower seat are provided.
• There is no alarm trigger.

Room 402 (annexe, 1st floor, double room)

• The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 1 are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 105 cm x 199 cm;
  to the left of the bed 200 cm x 182 cm; to the right of the bed 206 cm x 182 cm.
• The bed is 55 cm high.
• The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 2 are significantly smaller.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the washbasin 133 cm x 135 cm; in front of the WC 150 cm x 129 cm;
  to the left of the WC 183 cm x 71 cm; to the right of the WC 24 cm x 58 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. The left grab rail can be folded up.
• The washbasin has limited access. The mirror can be seen when sitting and standing.
• The threshold-free shower is 145 cm x 145 cm. Grab rails and a shower seat are available.
• An alarm trigger is available.

Room 408 (annexe, 2nd floor, double room)

• The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 1 are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 90 cm x 196 cm;
  to the left of the bed 200 cm x 181 cm; to the right of the bed 63 cm x 181 cm.
• The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 2 are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 90 cm x 98 cm;
  to the left of the bed 164 cm x 151 cm; to the right of the bed 56 cm x 181 cm.
• The beds are 56 cm high.
• The threshold to the balcony is 3.5 cm high.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the washbasin 150 cm x 130 cm; in front of the WC 150 cm x 129 cm;
  to the left of the WC 159 cm x 72 cm; to the right of the WC 115 cm x 72 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. Both grab rails can be folded up.
• The washbasin has limited access. The mirror can be seen when sitting and standing.
• The threshold-free shower is 145 cm x 145. Grab rails and a shower seat are available.
• An alarm trigger is available.

• Assistance dogs may not be brought to the establishment.
• All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• The signage is designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevators is confirmed audibly.
• Steps are not visually rich in contrast. Stairs have at least one handrail.
• The menu font is straightforward and visually rich in contrast.
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic font.

• WiFi is offered.
