Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

  • There is one marked parking space for people with disabilities at the main entrance (parking space size main entrance: 350 cm x 500 cm). There is another parking space for people with disabilities at the side entrance (parking space size side entrance: 240 cm x 480 cm).
  • The path from the car park to the main entrance/side entrance is 10 m long. It is partially not easy to walk and drive on.
  • The next bus stop is about 150 m away.
  • The hotel is steplessly accessible via a ramp. The restaurant is steplessly accessible via a treshold of 2,5 cm.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible or via a ramp or an elevator.
  • The ramp in the hotel area (between reception and elevator) has a maximum gradient of 12 % and a total length of 4 m. The ramps in the restraurant area have a maximum gradient of 8 % and a total length of 8 m.
  • The elevator cabin measures 117 cm x 127 cm.
  • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
  • The reception desk is 115 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while in a sitting position.
  • There are wheelchair accessible tables available in the breakfast room as well as the beergarden (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
  • There are no wheelchair accessible tables available in the restaurant rooms „Bräustüberl“, „Luitpold-Stubn“ und „Martin Stüberl”.

Room 210 (multi-bed room, 2nd floor)

  • The manoeuvring spaces in front of/behind the door are at least 135 cm x 200 cm.
  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 250 cm x 150 cm;
    left of the bed 99 cm x 165 cm;
    right of the bed 74 cm x 165 cm.
  • The door of the bathroom opens to the side (space-saving door, sliding door).
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    in front of/behind the door, in front of the toilet as well as in front of the washbasin 149 cm x 150 cm;
    left of the toilet at least 90 cm x 70 cm, on the right the toilet is not accessible.
  • There is a grab rail on the left side of the toilet. The grab rail can be flipped-up.
  • The sink has limited access.
  • The mirror is not visible while sitting.
  • There is a vanity mirror by the washbasin, which is visible while sitting.
  • The shower is not steplessly variable (treshold of 1 cm).
  • The manoeuvring space in the shower is 113 cm x 113 cm.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
  • There are grab rails available in the shower.
  • An alarm trigger is not available.

Room 119 (multi-bed room, 1st floor)

  • The manoeuvring spaces in front of/behind the door are at least 135 cm x 200 cm.
  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 250 cm x 150 cm;
    left of the bed 113 cm x 165 cm; right of the bed 60 cm x 165 cm.
  • The door opens to the side (space-saving door, sliding door).
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    in front of/behind the door, in front of the toilet as well as in front of the washbasin 149 cm x 150 cm; left of the toilet at least 90 cm x 70 cm, on the right the toilet is not accessible.
  • There is a grab rail on the left side of the toilet. The grab rail can be flipped-up.
  • The sink has limited access.
  • The mirror is not visible while sitting.
  • There is a vanity mirror by the washbasin, which is visible while sitting.

Public toilet for people with disabilities in the restaurant (ground floor /)

  • The door opens inwards, but does not affect the manoeuvring space in front of the toilet and sink.
  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of/behind the door at least 180 cm x 110 cm;
    in front of the toilet 177 cm x 130 cm; in front of the washbasin 140 cm x 177 cm;
    left of the toilet 44 cm x 70 cm and right of the toilet 102 cm x 70 cm.
  • There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • An alarm trigger is available.

Public toilet for people with disabilities at the beergarden (outdoor)

  • The door opens to the side (space-saving door, sliding door).
  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of/behind the door at least 100 cm x 180 cm;
    in front of the toilet as well as in front of the washbasin 154 cm x 127 cm;
    left of the toilet 29 cm x 70 cm and right of the toilet 108 cm x 70 cm.
  • There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible.
  • The mirror is not visible while sitting.
  • An alarm trigger is not available.

  • Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
  • The entrances are visually rich in contrast and recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
  • All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • The signage is not designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
  • There are obstacles, e.g. objects protruding into the path/room: Columns in the meeting rooms Rosenheim I - II, Happping I - II as well as decorations in the corridor between the entrance and the guest rooms.
  • There are glass doors without safety markings in heights of 40-70 cm and 120-160 cm (e.g. at the main entrance, on the way to the reception, access from the lift/staircase to the rooms)
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. The break position is not announced by spoken commands. The operating controls are not visually rich in contrast but tactilely detectable.
  • Alternatively stairs are available. Steps are not visually rich in contrast.
  • Stairs have a handrail on one side.
  • The menu font is straightforward and visually rich in contrast.
  • There is no menu available in large print or braille.

  • There is no clearly visible alarm.
  • There is no audio induction loop system at the counter, neither in the meeting rooms.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed only audibly.
  • In the dining rooms „Bräustüberl“, „Luitpold-Stubn“ und „Martin Stüberl“ as well as in the breakfast room there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
  • There is a seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room) in the dining rooms „Luitpold-Stubn“ und „Martin Stüberl“.
  • There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed in room 210 (2n floor) and room 119 (1st floor).
  • Wifi is offered.
