  • The bus stop is about 500 metres away and can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes. There are several steep inclines on the path.
  • There are four parking spaces for people with disabilities.  One parking space is at least 300 cm wide and 544 cm long.
  • The parking space is 70 m from the entrance.
  • The entrance is accessible without steps via a ramp. 
  • The ramp is 181 cm wide and has a maximum longitudinal slope of 2%. 
  • Almost all rooms and facilities that can be used by guests and are raised are accessible without steps or can be reached via a lift. Door thresholds are max. 2.5 cm high. Exception: The sauna area is only accessible via stairs with two steps.
  • The lift cabin is 108 cm x 207 cm. The lift door is 90 cm wide.
  • Passages and doors are at least 80 cm wide. Exception: The sauna door is 68 cm wide. 
  • The reception counter is 107 cm high at its lowest point. 
  • There are flat steps with handrails to enter the pool.
  • In the catering area there are tables that can be driven under (maximum height 80 cm, can be driven under at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm). 
  • The following aids are provided: Reading aids (reading glasses, magnifying glasses, etc.)

Room with bathroom no. 860 and 863 (ground floor)

  • Doors are at least 87 cm wide.
  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
  • in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 122 cm x 210 cm;
    to the left of the bed 75 cm x 215 cm;
    to the right of the bed 93 cm x 215 cm.
  • The bed is 66 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:  
    in front of the sink 122 cm x 186 cm;
    in front of the toilet 186 cm x 99 cm;
    to the left of the toilet 29 cm x 53 cm;
    to the right of the toilet 95 cm x 53 cm.
  • There is a grab rail to the left of the toilet. 
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • The shower is accessible without steps. 
  • The shower area is 87 cm x 144 cm.
  • Grab rails are provided in the shower.
  •  A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (fixed, folding, hook-in or mobile and stable). 

Toilet for people with disabilities (1st floor).

  • The door is at least 84 cm wide.
  • The manoeuvring spaces are: in front of the sink 112 cm x 118 cm; in front of the toilet 112 cm x 118 cm; to the left of the toilet 80 cm x 66 cm; to the right of the toilet 54 cm x 66 cm.
  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
  • Both grab rails can be flipped-up. 
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

  • Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the facility/offer. 
  • There are glass doors that do not have safety markings at a height of 40-70 cm and 120-160 cm.
  • There are no floor indicators indoors or outdoors.
  • All raised areas that can be used by the guest (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system. The operating elements are designed with high visual contrast. 
  • There are flat steps with handrails to enter the pool. 
  • There is a menu. The menu is designed in uncluttered and high-contrast font.
  • The following aids are provided: Reading aids (reading glasses, magnifying glasses, etc.).
  • The signage is designed in easily readable lettering. Numbers, letters (up to 4 characters) or pictograms are tactilely perceptible (e.g. relief or prismatic writing).

  • In case of an acoustic alarm (e.g. fire alarm), there is a visually clearly perceptible flashing or blinking signal.
  • There is no audio induction loop system,
  • An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically but not visually.
  • Ringing or knocking on the room door is not indicated by a flashing signal that can be perceived in all rooms.  
  • There is at least one freely available socket near the bed.
  • There are flat steps with handrails to enter the pool of the swimming pool. 
  • In the catering area, there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting where there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye ontact. There are tables with low ambient noise.
  • W-LAN is offered.
