Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.The stops "Hauptbahnhof" and "Sendlinger Tor" are approx. 500 / 700 m away.

  • There is a parking space for people with disabilities. The parking space is 225 cm wide and 550 cm long.
  • The parking space is 30 m from the entrance.
  • The entrance/access to the building is step-free (max. 2 cm threshold, via a ramp). 
  • The ramp is 138 cm wide and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 7.4 %.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps. Door thresholds are a maximum of 4.5 cm high. 
  • Lift cars are at least 97 cm x 97. Lift doors are at least 78 cm wide.
  • Exterior walkways have a maximum longitudinal slope of 11 %. 
  • Passages and doors are at least 78 cm wide. 
  • The counter/cash register is 110 cm high at the lowest point. 
  • There are accessible tables (maximum height 80 cm, accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm). 
  •  The following aids are available: height-adjustable nursing bed (in-house), toilet attachment.

Rear building - 2nd floor: room no. 216

  • Doors are at least 81 cm wide.
  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 110 cm x 185 cm;
    128 cm x 200 cm to the right of the bed;
    there are no manoeuvring spaces to the left of the bed.
  • The bed is 94 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 108 cm;
    in front of the toilet 130 cm x 130 cm;
    to the left of the toilet 38 cm x 53 cm;
    to the right of the toilet 43 cm x 53 cm.
  • There is a grab rail to the right of the toilet.
  • The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.
  • The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
  • The shower is accessible without steps.
  • The shower is 120 cm x 120 cm.
  • There are grab rails in the shower.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (fixed, folding, hook-in or mobile and stable).

Front building - 1st floor: room no. 122 

  • Doors are at least 81 cm wide.
  • The room is a double room.
  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 128 cm x 180 cm;
    to the left of the bed 200 cm x 179 cm;
    to the right of the bed 16 cm x 200 cm.
  • The bed is 94 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:  
    in front of the washbasin 121 cm x 113 cm;
    in front of the toilet 113 cm x 121 cm;
    to the left of the toilet 111 cm x 51 cm;
    to the right of the toilet 26 cm x 51 cm.
  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
  • Both grab rails can be folded up. 
  • The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.
  • The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
  • The shower is accessible without steps. . 
  • The shower is 86 cm x 84 cm.
  • There are grab rails in the shower.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (fixed, folding, hook-in or mobile and stable).

Some information on accessibility are listed below. 

  • Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/offerings. 
  • The entrance area is recognisable by a tactilely perceptible change of flooring and visually contrasting with the surroundings.  
  • There are glass doors with no safety markings at a height of 40-70 cm and 120-160 cm.
  • There are no visually contrasting or tactile floor indicators. 
  • An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system.
  • All raised areas that can be used by the guest (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • The signage for orientation is designed in clearly legible lettering. There is a good visual contrast between the lettering/pictogram and the background.

Some information on accessibility are listed below. 

  • There is no inductive hearing system available.  
  • An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, but not visually.
  • Tables with bright and glare-free lighting are available, with no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
  • There is at least one freely available socket near the bed.
  • Ringing or knocking at the room door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be perceived in all rooms. 
  • W-LAN is offered.

Some information on accessibility are listed below. 

  • The name or logo of the facility is clearly recognisable from the outside. 
  • The reception counter is directly visible from the entrance door.
  • A business card with the address and telephone number of the hotel is visibly displayed at the reception desk or in the dormitory.
  • There is no information available in easy language.
