Through her marriage into the Hallertau hops region, she became involved in farming and hops cultivation. She pursues her profession with conviction, and during her interactive experience tours, she passionately shares fascinating facts about this popular medicinal and seasoning plant. The tours also cover the history of the Hallertau, where hops have been grown for over 1,000 years.
The ProBierStube, run by beer sommelier Elisabeth Stiglmaier, offers tastings. She also specifically tailors her offerings to guests with hearing impairments and people with cognitive disabilities.
