  • In the underground car park there is a parking space for people with disabilities (space size: 345 cm x 499 cm).
  • In front of the hotel there is a parking space for people with disabilities (space size: 350 cm x 560 cm). The parking space is 10 m from the entrance.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps or accessible via a lift. 
  • The lift cabin is 152 cm x 138 cm. The lift door is 90 cm wide.
  • Passages and doors are at least 80cm wide (exception: bathroom door in room 221 with a passage width of 65 cm).
  • The reception counter is 90 cm high at the lowest point.
  • There is another, equivalent communication option available while seated.
  • There are wheelchair accessible tables (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm). 
  • The buffet counter is 72 cm high at its lowest point.

Room 220 (double room, barrier-free design)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:

  • The manoeuvring space in the shower is 115 cm x 200 cm.
  • Grab rails are available in the shower.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (permanently installed, foldable, hook-in or mobile and stable).

Room 221 (double room)

  • Doors are at least 65 cm wide.
  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 200 cm x 120 cm;
    to the left of the bed 200 cm x 200 cm;
    to the right of the bed 33 cm x 200 cm.
  • The bed is 58 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    in front of the washbasin 130 cm x 100 cm;
    in front of the toilet 71 cm x 147 cm;
    to the left of the toilet 20 cm x 56 cm;

  • The movement areas are:

  • Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/offerings. 
  • The entrance area is recognisable by a tactilely perceptible change of flooring and visually contrasting with the surroundings. 
  • There are no visually contrasting or tactilely detectable floor indicators. 
  • The staircase has a handrail on one side.  The steps are not visually contrasting. A lift can be used instead of the stairs.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system. The stopping position is not announced by voice.
  • The operating elements are not only occasionally designed with high visual contrast, but can be tactilely grasped almost everywhere.
  • All raised areas that can be used by the guest (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, corridors) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • The signage is designed in easily legible lettering. There is a good visual contrast between the lettering/pictogram and the background. 
  • Numbers, letters (up to 4 characters) or pictograms are not tactilely perceptible (e.g. relief or prismatic lettering).

  • There is an audio induction loop system at the reception desk. 
  • An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically but not visually.  
  • Tables with bright and glare-free lighting are available, with no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
  • There is at least one freely available socket near the bed in rooms 220 and 221.
  • An inductive hearing system is available at the reception/counter. 
  • The following aids are provided: Mobile vibrating radio receiver 
  • W-LAN is offered.
