 All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".

• There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities.  
• The building is steplessly accessible. 
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible. Door thresholds are max. 2 cm high.
• The elevator cabin is 108 cm x 210 cm.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide. 
• The reception desk is 78 cm high at its lowest point.
• There are 12 wheelchair compatible tables in the breakfast room (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm). 

Room no. 015 (single room, ground floor)

• According to the establishment, there is another room of the same design.
• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 156 cm x 150 cm;
  to the left of the bed 156 cm x 156 cm; to the right of the bed 119 cm x 158 cm.
• The bed is 65 cm high.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the washbasin 165 cm x 320 cm; in front of the WC 150 cm x 230 cm;
  to the left of the WC 89 cm x 70 cm; to the right of the WC 30 cm x 70 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. Both grab rails can be folded up. 
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm. The mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
• The threshold-free shower is 150 cm x 150 cm. Grab rails and a shower seat are available.

Public WC for people with disabilities (basement)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the washbasin and WC 145 cm x 156 cm;
  to the left of the WC 90 cm x 70 cm; to the right of the WC 98 cm x 70 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. Both grab rails can be folded up. 
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm. The mirror can be seen from a sitting or standing position.
• There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

• Assistance dogs may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms. 
• The entrance area is visually contrasting to the surroundings and recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering. 
• All elevated areas that can be used by guests are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• The signage is designed in easily legible lettering. 
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. The stop position is announced by voice. The operating elements are visually rich in contrast and tactilely detectable.
• Stair treads are not visually rich in contrast. Stairs have handrails on both sides.

• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly.
• There are tables with bright and glare-free lighting in the breakfast room. There are tables with low ambient noise.
