The specialty of the house, Nuremberg bratwurst, is fresh roasted daily on a traditional beech wood fire. As the oldest bratwurst tavern existing in one place in Nuremberg, this restaurant has been awarded for its quality many times. Everything served is created from fresh ingredients without manufactured products. The original Nuremberg Rostbratwurst are produced by Nuremberg butchers according to ancient recipes and are always laid on the grill fresh and not pre-cooked.

- The underground station of the U 1 "Weißer Turm" is about 350 m away on foot and can be reached in about 4 minutes. The underground station has a lift and a guidance system for the blind on the track.
- General parking is available in the "Jakobsmarkt" multi-storey car park, approx. 40 m away.
- Tables with bright and glare-free lighting are available, and there are no lamps hanging or standing on them that could interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
- In the event of an alarm (e.g. fire alarm), there is no clearly visible alarm.
