Description

The specialty of the house, Nuremberg bratwurst, is fresh roasted daily on a traditional beech wood fire. As the oldest bratwurst tavern existing in one place in Nuremberg, this restaurant has been awarded for its quality many times. Everything served is created from fresh ingredients without manufactured products. The original Nuremberg Rostbratwurst are produced by Nuremberg butchers according to ancient recipes and are always laid on the grill fresh and not pre-cooked.
