All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users".

• There is a bus stop 40 metres away.
• There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities.  
• One parking space is at least 360 cm wide and 500 cm long.
• The car park is 120 m from the entrance.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps. Door thresholds are max. 3 cm high. 
• Passages and doors are at least 88 cm wide.
• There are wheelchair accessible tables (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm). 

Public toilet

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  160 cm x 150 cm in front of the sink;
  in front of the toilet 150 cm x 160 cm;
  to the left of the toilet 90 cm x 70 cm;
  to the right of the toilet 91 cm x 70 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
• The grab rails can be flipped-up. 
• The sink is wheelchair compatible.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

• Assistance dogs (guide dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/provision.  
• The entrance area is recognisable by a tactile change of floor covering.  
• There are no floor indicators in the indoor or outdoor areas.
• All raised areas that can be used by guests (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• There is a good visual contrast between the lettering/pictogram and the background.

• There is no clearly perceptible visual alarm.
• There is no audio induction loop system in the meeting room.
• There are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, with no lamps standing or hanging on them that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
