  • A parking space belongs to the apartment.
  • The path from the car park to the entrance to the holiday apartment Kohlbach is 5 m long. It is easy to walk and drive on.
  • The path between FeWo Kohlbach and the farmhouse is 25 m long, easy to walk and drive on and have maximum gradient of 3%.
  • The apartment as well as the farm house (Sauna and Community room) ar only accessible via step (22 cm). At the entrance to the apartment is also a threshold of 4 cm.
  • Two mobile ramps are available. The ramps have a maximum gradient of 25.6% and a total length of max. 1.35 m.
  • The terrace is only accessible via a threshold of 27 cm. Alternatively, access to the terrace is through the front door (threshold of 9 cm).
  • All further evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplesslyException: Sauna.
  • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 80 cm wide. Exception: The door to the sauna is only 50 cm wide and the door to the shower in the sauna is only 70 cm wide.
  • The dining table is restrictedly wheelchair compatible.
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible, the kitchen counter and the stove are not.
  • Offered aids: Electrically adjustable slatted frame, toilet seat.

Bedroom 1 (double room)

  • The narrowest passageway in the bedroom is 56 cm wide.
  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of/behind the door at least 145 cm x 164 cm;
    in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 97 cm x 87 cm;
    left of the bed 51 cm x 230 cm; right of the bed 56 cm x 230 cm.
  • The bed is 50 cm high.

Bedroom 2 (multi-bed room, bunk bed)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of/behind the door at least 170 cm x 200 cm;
    in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 120 cm x 109 cm;
    left of the bed 166 cm x 220 cm; on the right is the bed on the wall.
  • The bed is 49 cm high.

Bathroom

  • The door opens inwards, but does not affect the manoeuvring spaces in front of the toilet and sink.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    in front of/behind the door at least 220 cm x 130 cm;
    in front of the toilet 99 cm x 200 cm;
    in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 144 cm;
    left of the toilet 40 cm x 54 cm and right of the toilet 22 cm x 54 cm.
  • There is a grab rail on the right side of the toilet. The grab rail cannot be flipped-up.
  • The sink has limited access.
  • The mirror is not visible while sitting.
  • The shower is not steplessly variable (treshold of 2 cm).
  • The manoeuvring space in the shower is 91 cm x 91 cm.
  • A shower seat is available.
  • There are no grab rails available in the shower.
  • An alarm trigger is not available.
