Guest Information Pfronten

All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities". 

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report. 

• There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size 240 cm x 450 m).
• Access to the building is stepless via a ramp. The entrance door has a threshold of 3 cm.
• The ramp has a maximum longitudinal inclination of 3.5%.
• The counter of the guest information is 112 cm high. There is an equivalent communication possibility while sitting.
• Doors and passageways are at least 80 cm wide.
• In the guest information there are manoeuvring spaces of 150 cm x 150 cm.
• On the second floor there is a hall which can only be reached via stairs.

Toilet for people with disabilities (pavilion)

• A public toilet for people with disabilities is located approx. 130 m away. The public toilet can be reached via a path with a maximum longitudinal inclination of 9%.
• The manoeuvring space to the left of the toilet is 82 cm x 57 cm, to the right 28 cm x 57 cm.
• The manoeuvring space in front of the toilet is 140 cm x 150 cm, in front of the washbasin 130 cm x 145 cm. On the left side there is a handle which can be folded up.
• The washbasin has limited wheelchair access.
• The mirror above the washbasin can be seen while standing and sitting.
• Further public toilets are located directly in the guest information. They are not designed for people with disabilities.

• The entrance area is visually rich in contrast and perceptible by a tactile change of floor covering.
• The indoor area is bright and glare-free illuminated.
• Assistance dogs are allowed.
• Steps are not visually rich in contrast.
