All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities". 

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report. 

• There is a parking lot for people with disabilities.
• Access to the building is stepless via a ramp. 
• The guest information counter is 112 cm high. There is an equivalent seated alternative.
• Doors and passageways are at least 80 cm wide.
• There are manoeuvring spaces of 150 cm x 150 cm in the guest information desk.
• There is a reading room and a hall on the upper floor, which can only be reached via a staircase.
• There is a public toilet for people with disabilities (approx. 130 m away), which can be accessed from one side (at least 90 cm). 
• There is a folding grab rail at least on the accessible side of the toilet.

• The entrance area is visually rich in contrast and perceptible by a tactile change of floor covering.
• The indoor area is bright and glare-free illuminated.
• Assistance dogs are allowed.
