• Eight parking spaces are available for guests in the underground garage (distance to the elevator approx. 15 m). There are two steps to negotiate on the way from the underground garage to the entrance. Alternatively, there is a 150 cm long and 67 cm wide mobile ramp with an incline of 23%.
• Some of the exterior paths are not easy to walk and drive on.
• There is a step with a step height of 7 cm in front of the main entrance. The entrance door has a clear width of 100 cm.
• Aids can be provided in cooperation with the local medical supply store.

Apartments in general

• The apartments are steplessly accessible via an elevator. The elevator car is 112 cm x 129 cm.
• Doors are at least 68 cm wide.
• The dining tables are wheelchair compatible.
• In the kitchen, the worktop, sink and stove are not wheelchair compatible.
• The bathrooms are not designed for people with disabilities. The manoeuvring spaces are smaller than 120 cm x 120 cm. There are no grab rails or alarm triggers.
• The showers have no thresholds and are smaller than 120 cm x 120 cm. A shower seat can be provided.
• The door thresholds to the balconies are between 2.5 and 3.5 cm high.

Apartment Rosenresli (1st floor)

• The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 1 are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 115 cm x 79 cm;
  to the left of the bed 143 cm x 210 cm; to the right of the bed 85 cm x 210 cm.
  The double bed is 51 cm high.
• The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 2 are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 180 cm x 123 cm;
  to the left of the bed 119 cm x 220 cm; to the right of the bed 110 cm x 220 cm.
  The double bed is 48 cm high.

Apartment Geißenpeter (1st floor)

• The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 1 are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 81 cm x 113 cm;
  to the left of the bed 146 cm x 220 cm; to the right of the bed 113 cm x 220 cm.
  The double bed is 48 cm high.
• The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 2 are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 115 cm x 78 cm;
  to the left of the bed 170 cm x 210 cm; to the right of the bed 88 cm x 210 cm.
  The double bed is 55 cm high.

Apartment Klettermax (2nd floor)

• The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 1 are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 200 cm x 170 cm;
  to the left of the bed 170 cm x 210 cm; to the right of the bed 83 cm x 210 cm.
  The double bed is 49 cm high.
• The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 2 are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 125 cm x 65 cm;
  to the left of the bed 63 cm x 200 cm; to the right of the bed 180 cm x 200 cm.
  The double bed is 44 cm high.

Outdoor area: pool and garden spa

• There are steps and higher door thresholds.
• Doors are at least 60 cm wide.
• The WC is not designed for people with disabilities. The manoeuvring spaces are smaller than 120 cm x 120 cm. There are no grab rails or alarm triggers.
• The shower is accessible via a threshold of 5 cm and measures 180 cm x 119 cm. A shower seat can be provided if required.

• Assistance dogs may be brought along.
• The main entrance is visually rich in contrast.
• Almost all elevated areas that can be used by guests are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. The stopping position is not announced by voice.
• Stairs are usually not visually rich in contrast. Handrails are only partially available.
• Operating elements (e.g. door handles, light switches) are predominantly tactilely detectable and partly visually rich in contrast. 
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.

• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. Alternatively, stairs are available.
• WiFi access is available free of charge.
