Description

"Grüß Gott" and welcome to our cozy guesthouse at Schliersee. In 1978 the house was built in Bavarian style and completely renovated in winter 2016/17. We offer you a lot of comfort and the perfect starting point for your vacation at Schliersee.

Our spacious rooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with flat screen TV, WLAN, telephone, refrigerator and safe. The perfect start to the day is promised by our breakfast buffet with many regional products. Our newly designed sauna with relaxation room also contributes to relaxation during your stay at Schliersee. The large sun terrace, the idyllic garden with loungers and the cozy fireplace corner on the first floor also invite you to linger.

  • There is one marked parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
  • The surface quality of the car park is asy to walk and drive on.
  • The path from the car park to the entrance is 10 m long. It is not easy to walk and drive on.
  • The object is infinitely accessible via
    the main entrance and a treshold of 3,5 cm.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level or via
    a ramp.
  • The ramp in the hallway to the bedrooms has a maximum gradient of 12,7 % and a total length of 4 m.
  • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 80 cm wide.
  • The reception desk is at its lowest point 105 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while in a sitting position.
  • There are wheelchair accessible tables available in the breakfast room (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

Room 13 (double room, ground floor)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 200 cm x 101 cm;
    left of the bed 164 cm x 203 cm;
    right of the bed 53 cm x 203 cm.
  • The bed cannot be driven under.
  • The bed is 57 cm high.
  • A nursing bed is not available.
  • The bathroom is not designed for people with disabilities (very small manoeuvring spaces, no grab rails, etc.).
  • The bathroom door is WERT cm wide.

Room 14 (double room, ground floor)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 197 cm x 103 cm;
    left of the bed 260 cm x 203 cm;
    right of the bed 54 cm x 203 cm.
  • The bed cannot be driven under.
  • The bed is 57 cm high.
  • A nursing bed is not available.
  • The bathroom is not designed for people with disabilities (very small manoeuvring spaces, no grab rails, etc.).

  • Glass doors are predominantly marked with safety markings.
  • There is no menu available in large print or braille.

  • In the breakfast room there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.

  • There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
  • The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be detected in all rooms.
