  • There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities at the seminar house (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
  • All buildings are accessible without steps or via a ramp.
  • The ramp at the entrance to the seminar house has a maximum longitudinal incline of 15 % and a total length of 1 m.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible or via an elevator.
  • The elevator cabin measures 117 cm x 127 cm. 
  • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 78 cm wide.
  • The reception desk is 119 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while in a sitting position.
  • There are wheelchair accessible tables available in the restaurant (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

Room 16 (main house)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 120 cm x 200 cm;
    left of the bed 100 cm x 183 cm; right of the bed 120 cm x 320 cm.
  • The bed is 50 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    in front of/behind the door at least 90 cm x 200 cm;
    in front of the toilet 200 cm x 75 cm;
    in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 90 cm;
    left and right of the toilet at least 90 cm x 70 cm.
  • There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • The shower is accessible without thresholds.
  • The manoeuvring space in the shower is 145 cm x 150 cm.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
  • An alarm trigger is available.

Room 42 (garden hotel)

  • The room door is 78 cm wide.
  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 200 cm x 200 cm;
    left of the bed 200 cm x 230 cm; right of the bed 230 cm x 180 cm.
  • The bed is 46 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    in front of the toilet 160 cm x 105 cm;
    in front of the washbasin 165 cm x 160 cm;
    left of the toilet 20 cm x 58 cm and right of the toilet 160 cm x 58 cm.
  • There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rail on the right of the toilet can be flipped-up 
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • The shower is accessible without thresholds.
  • The manoeuvring space in the shower is 90 cm x 160 cm.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
  • An alarm trigger is available.

Public toilet for people with disabilities

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of the toilet and of the washbasin 150 cm x 150 cm;
    left of the toilet 103 cm x 71 cm and right of the toilet 80 cm x 71 cm.
  • There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up..
  • The sink has limited access.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • An alarm trigger is available.

  •  An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. The break position is not announced by spoken commands. The operating controls are visually rich in contrast and tactilely detectable.

  • Stairs have at least a handrail on one side 
  • The menu font in the restaurant is straightforward and visually rich in contrast.
