All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

• A general car park is available. (company-owned or public car park up to 100 m away).
• The entrance/access to the building is possible without steps (max. 2 cm threshold, via a ramp) via the side entrance. 
• The ramp is at least 120 cm wide and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 6 %.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps or via a lift. Door thresholds are max. 1.5 cm high. 
• The lift cabin is 135 cm x 250 cm. 
• Passages and doors are at least 91 cm wide. 
• The counter in the cloakroom is 90 cm high at the lowest point. 
• The bar counter in the foyer is 114 cm high at the lowest point.  

Public toilet for people with disabilities (basement)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  200 cm x 80 cm in front of the sink;
  in front of the toilet 50 cm x 100 cm;
  to the left of the toilet 100 cm x 71 cm;
  to the right of the toilet 48 cm x 71 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
• Both grab rails can be flipped-up. 
• The sink is wheelchair compatible.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

• Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the facility/offer. 
• There are glass doors, some of which do not have safety markings at a height of 40-70 cm and 120-160 cm.
• The entrance area is recognisable by a tactilely perceptible change of flooring and visually contrasted with the surroundings. 
• An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system. The stop position is not announced by voice.
• The controls and signage in the lift are tactilely detectable and visually high-contrast.
• There are no floor indicators. 
• All raised areas that can be used by the guest (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• The signage is designed in clearly legible lettering. There is a good visual contrast between the lettering/pictogram and the background.

• In the event of an alarm (e.g. fire alarm), there is no visually clearly perceptible alarm. 
• There is no audio induction loop system.
• There are desks with bright and glare-free lighting where there are no lamps or hanging lamps that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
